Nakuru high court on Wednesday issued an order restraining police from arresting Kiplagat Cheruiyot who is a former personal assistant to Eldama Ravine MP Moses Lessonet.

Cheruiyot moved to court to sue the Director of Public Prosecutions, Director of Criminal Investigations and the Inspector General of police for alleged continuous harassment.

He said he has been receiving arrest threats.
