Former Kiambu Governor William Kabogo on Thursday decided to show the ‘evidence’ of corruption in the county.
In a thinly-veiled attack on Governor Ferdinand Waititu, Kabogo took to his Facebook account and paraded several buildings which are apparently proceeds of corruption.
Kabogo paraded the three building which are reportedly being built by Waititu in Nairobi.
Among the buildings the flamboyant politician showed was Delta Hotel in Nairobi’s CBD building.
About a month ago during the homecoming ceremony of celebrated Kikuyu singer Muigai wa Njoroge, Kabogo hit out at Waitutu and accused him of siphoning county funds.
In this video, Kabogo decried increased theft of Kiambu county funds.
“Stop stealing from Kiambu County and investing in Nairobi, we will come to that Nairobi to take back that property,” Kabogo said.
Kabogo added: “Those who got me out of office said they are doing so to do work, but they did not tell you the work they were coming to do. How can you buy three houses in Nairobi within one year? What did I buy during my tenure?”
