The National Resistance Movement (NRM-K) leader Dr Miguna Miguna has named the person that will benefit from the murder case of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno.
According to the lawyer, Dr Ochilo will benefit in the expected contest for the Migori Senatorial race. Ochilo is expected to receive close competition from Governor Obado’s ally, Dalmas Otieno.
“The most basic question anyone investigating a crime must ask is this: Who stands to gain most out of this story? In the Sharon Otieno murder tragedy the person who stands to gain most is not Okoth Obado. It is Ochilo Ayacko. With Obado tainted, Ochillo wins unopposed.” He posted on his twitter account.
Miguna believes tainting the name of Governor Obado in the Sharon Otieno’s murder case will reduce the support for Dalmas in the upcoming senatorial race. Governor Obado is a key factor in the success of Dalmas Otieno for the Migori Senator race.
The senator seat was left vacant after the unexpected death of then-Senator Ben Oluoch who succumbed to throat cancer on June 19th this year.
