Doing the following things before going to bed would make your life a little easier.

1. Try imagining tomorrow

Think about tomorrow to keep your mind and body aware of the activities you intend to execute. 

Keeping your mind aware for the next day is a good step towards having a good day. 

2. Make a to-do list for tomorrow

List all the activities you intend to execute when a new day arrives. Note them down so that you don't have to take much time thinking of what you were planning to do. 

Such lists are good for saving time and working efficiently. 

3. For a married couple, have some sex

Experts say that sex before sleep is healthy. For women, it is healthy to embrace this as a norm as some hormones produced at this time such as dopamine and oxytocin ease tension and stress. 

Oestrogen released after sex also enhances sleep.

4. Stretch yourself by doing some yoga

For people working in the office, you stay long hours hunched over a computer. Doing some yoga and stretching a few hours to bed keeps your body in good form. 

Remember to take a warm bath after that.

5. Leave your clothes ready

Set your clothes ready for the next day so that in case you wake up late, you don't have to scribble through your wardrobe searching for clothes.
