Kimilili Member of Parliament Didmus Baraza has called for the arrest of fraudsters whom he accuses of minting millions of cash from ODM leader Raila Odinga and trade unionist Francis Atwoli.
In a tweet, the MP who is a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto claimed the fraudsters have been giving Raila and Atwoli fake prophecies in exchange of cash from the two.
"Fraudsters posing as Witch doctors who have allegedly minced millions of shillings from Raila Odinga and Atwoli Francis by feeding them with fake prophecy should be arrested and charged with the offence of obtaining money," said the MP in the tweet.
This comes at a time the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) Secretary General has been on the receiving end after he was quoted saying DP Ruto will not be on the presidential ballot in 2022.
DP Ruto allies have also been accusing the ODM leader of using the March 9th handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta to break the Jubilee party.
