Residents of Moi's Bridge, Soy constituency were on Tuesday afternoon left in shock after a 17-year old boy was busted raping a 70-year old granny.
The boy, Asbel Kiptanui is said to have been living with the granny for about a year now after being asked by the relatives to be taking care of her.
Josephine Chebii who also stays together with the granny said, she heard her screaming in the house before reaching out to her.
And to the shock of her life, she busted the boy busy forcing the granny into sex while taking off her clothes.
"It's disappointing. The boy has been good to granny, helping her in doing some house chores. It's not Asbel doing this, Satan is using him," said Chebii.
"Asbel has not been the Asbel we knew of as the other week I found him trying to block a young girl coming from the school. We need to hunt him down before he disappears from the area," added David Kitur a neighbour.
The boy is said to have escaped from the village in fear of receiving a beating from locals.
Police officers have now swung into action searching the boy so that he can be arrested and charged in court.
