Days after a third-year university student went public on being Governor Anne Waiguru's secret admirer, he has once again come out to claim his life is in danger.
Warfa Ishmael, a Garissa University Bachelor of Education Arts student now claims the revelation that the governor was her all-time beauty model has come to haunt him.
Speaking to this writer on Wednesday from within the university, Warfa said he has been receiving threatening messages on his Facebook account.
"I'm worried some people might be baying for my blood after I went public on my love for Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru," he said.
He further added that he might be forced to record a statement with the police if the threats continue.
"I will report the matter to the relevant agencies. I am not going to take these threats lightly, " Warfa said.
Hours after Waiguru tied the knot with her lawyer hubby of over ten years, Warfa expressed his disappointment, claiming he has for long admired and longed to win her heart.
However, netizens were quick to put him off describing the claim as a joke of the year.
A significant number described him as a 'mannerless' boy seeking cheap publicity.
