The politician, who is popularly known as Buzeki, said that the two sides have been rooting for what they believe will benefit them and not the taxpayers of this country.

The business tycoon noted that the two sides have emerged with the aim of dividing the Jubilee party.

Addressing journalists on Tuesday, Buzeki said that the groupings were not part of the Jubilee manifesto, adding that he doesn't know why leaders allied to President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto have been engaging in a war of words ahead of the 2022 polls.

He noted that Jubilee had not shown that such groups would emerge, adding that they are likely to derail President Uhuru’s Big Four Agenda.

Buzeki further stated that it is unfortunate that leaders in the two camps are using the groups to avoid delivering their promises to the electorate.

“During the last elections, the Jubilee Party never talked about Tangatanga and Kieleweke in its pre-election manifesto. So, the leaders who have no substance have chosen Tangatanga and Kieleweke as a scapegoat not to offer leadership to Kenyans ahead of 2022,” said Buzeki, as quoted by the Nation.

Buzeki has since distanced himself from both camps as he seeks to stage a political comeback in 2022.
