There are speculations that Raila is likely to team up with Moi in the race to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta, who is completing his second and final term in office.

Former Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale has now poked holes into the possible alliance between Raila and Moi

Khalwale, who has thrown his weight behind Deputy President William Ruto, opines that the 2022 Presidential race will be a battle between the hustlers and dynasties.

Although Raila, who has since pledged to work with Uhuru,  insists that he is not part of a dynasty, Khalwale has a different opinion over the same.

The Ford Kenya politician took to his Twitter handle and posted a screenshot of a local daily outlining the details of the meeting and captioned: “Regrouping for battle. Loading: -Dynasties v Hustlers.”

If the speculations are anything to by, Ruto, who has been opposing the creation of the post of the Prime Minister amid calls for a referendum, will have a hard task ahead of him.

The second in command is likely to face a tougher contest if President Uhuru Kenyatta endorses the Moi, Raila ticket.
