There was a free wrestling match after a man exchanged blows with his brother-in-law over a prostitute on Sunday in Nyamusi shopping center.
Fidelis Onyoni found his brother-in-law, Jackson Ondoro, with a prostitute, Diana Ongoro, whom he had reportedly been having an affair with.
“Diana has been a long term relationship with Onyoni. Onyoni arrived at a local bar where he had asked her to join him for a drink only to find his brother-in-law in a compromising situation with the woman,” said Enock Makori.
Makori said Onyoni got furious and slapped his brother-in-law before they exchanged blows.
He said it took the intervention of other customers at the bar to stop the two from fighting.
Area Nyumba Kumi official, Amos Ouru, confirmed the incident and said the two were drunk during the fight.
"Such fights are common in the area because most men seduce same women. It is time men should respect each other to curb unnecessary fights,” he said.
He called on women to stop playing men in the region saying such women may not be allowed to operate their prostitution business in the area.
