Mulyungi says President Kenyatta must act fast if he is serious in the renewed fight against corruption.

Speaking in Mwingi town on Tuesday, Mulyungi said graft is tainting Kenyatta’s government and denying Kenyans services.

He stated that Kenyans are concerned over alleged massive graft scandals unearthed every day.

“The President must be merciless and act fast on CSs among other state officials who have been mentioned in multi-billion graft scandals,” Mulyungi said.

The Wiper MP stated that renewed war against graft will stall if action is not taken against the perpetrators.

He asked relevant agencies involved in the war against graft to move with speed and recover stolen public money.

Several Cabinet Secretaries have adversely been mentioned in the ongoing investigations into alleged multi-billion scandals.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) is probing the alleged loss of billions in some of the government agencies.

The President has been quoted saying that no one will be spared in the war against graft.
