Here are the perilous things you are unknowingly doing to your body; 

1. Self-medication 

Most people tend to buy medicines when they have a headache or a stomach upset. This is not only dangerous to the body but you may also end up wasting your money buying the wrong drugs. Having a headache can mean that you are suffering from a different disease. Don't always prescribe yourself a drug. Go for a checkup before using the medicine. 

2. Sitting for long hours in one position

Some jobs especially the sedentary ones are so demanding to a point that you don't get time to stretch your hands or legs. If you stay in one position for long, there will be no smooth flow of blood across the body. Spare some minutes to stretch your body. This is for your own good. 

3. Not getting enough sleep 

Depriving yourself enough sleep is among the dangerous things to avoid. Do you know the repercussions of not having enough sleep? Your organs will not function properly and you will be less productive in your workplace.
