Kesses Member of Parliament Dr Swarup Mishra on Sunday donated foodstuff to various mosques in Uasin Gishu County.
On his behalf, Mediheal Eldoret Vice President Dr Umesh Nichat wished all Muslim brethren a blessed Ramadan, and urged them to share with the less fortunate in the society.
"This is a recipe for stability and unity in our cosmopolitan society. We are keen in embracing initiatives that inculcate religious values and economic empowerment of our people.
"On behalf of Dr Swarup Mishra Kesses MP, and the Mediheal Group of hospitals, we would like to wish all Muslims across the country a happy Ramadan that will inspire with courage, and strength to help you win every challenge of life during this holy month," Dr Nichat said.
He spoke at the Eldoret Jamia Mosque on Sunday after donating foodstuff.
The Kesses legislator donated foodstuff to; Jamia Mosque, Kapseret Mosque, Maili Nne Mosque, Anzara Mosque, Kipkaren Mosque, Kapsoya Mosque, Police line Mosque, Musjid Noor Mosque, Block 10 Kimumu Mosque, Mti Moja Mosque, Kengas Mosque, Baharini Mosque, Langas Mosque, AP Mosque, Iten Mosque and Chepsaita Mosque.
