The arguments among Maseno University students concerning the teams they are supporting in the coming World Cup final on Sunday is increasing.
The teams they were supporting were knocked out and now many are backing up Croatia while just a few, are supporting France.
They have revealed their reasons why they are strongly supporting Croatia as outlined below:
1. It is the first time for Croatia to qualify for the finals
Croatia will play that game with a lot of seriousness since it's their first time to reach the finals since they started playing the World Cup tournament.
2.Humble players
Croatian team has very good players who embrace a lot of humility and discipline during the match and this is what has contributed to their success so far.
3. They have a great potential
Croatian team knocked out several strong teams in 1991 including Germany, Argentina, Brazil, England and Spain this was not an easy task.Moreover, they won 3-0 against Argentina during their group stages in Russia.
4.The beauty of the Croatian president
Croatian president is currently said to be the hottest president in the world and the students say they will support Croatia for the sake of that beauty queen.
5. Encouragement and company of the president to the team
President Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic traveled with the funs to Russia and this has given the players morale.
6. Better forward players than that of France
Mario Mandzukic and Ante Rebic perform well than Oliver Giroud and Kylian Mbappe of France.
