Kenyan musician Otile Brown recently elicited mixed reactions on social media after he unveiled his new hairstyle.
The 'Chaguo la moyo' hitmaker first unveiled his new style in an Instagram post on Sunday.
This was after the artist posted a photo of him and his Ethiopian girlfriend Nabayet.
However, his excitement was met with mixed reactions from fans, with many of them advising him to shave off the dreadlocks and go back to his old hairstyle, which they argued suited him better.
It now seems like Otile Brown has bowed to the pressure from his fans, as he has revealed that the picture he posted on his Instagram account today (Thursday) would be his last photo with the dreadlocks.
"Purpose served.I guess it’s the last pic with the dreadlocks.. to those who are happy say yes! 🤣 #Amor dropping anytime keep it here , you’re going to make babies with this one," said Otile Brown.
His move to shave off his dreadlocks has been seen as an indication that the artist respects his fans' opinions.
