Three people lost their lives through road accident at Ikenye, along Keroka-Nyangusu Road on Monday night.

The accident happened after a chopper(Matatu) collided with a motorbike.

According to the eyewitness, Jackson Makori the motorbike which was coming from Keroka route carrying three men and one lady was on the wrong side of the road before it collided head-on with a Kimawa Sacco chopper (Matatu).

The three died on the spot and their legs were completely cut off in the grisly road accident, however, one of them was left with serious injuries.

Police arrived at the scene and took the deceased bodies to Kisii level 6 as the injured one is receiving treatment in the same hospital.
