Bomachoge Borabu MP Zadoc Abel Ogutu has condemned the brutal killing of two minors at Omobondo village in Kenyenya sub-county, Kisii.
Speaking in Kenyenya on Thursday, the MP protested the brutal killing saying the killers must be brought to book.
"I want to condemn the brutal killing of innocent children in the strongest terms possible. The killers, if they had grudges with the parents, they could have not taken the revenge to the innocent kids, rape and kill them," said the lawmaker.
The legislator condoled with the bereaved family and pledged to support the family in giving a decent send-off for the slain children.
"As preparations begin to lay to rest the deceased children, I wish to assure my support for the family during these cold times. I urge members of the public to be calm and support the family also during this trying moment," he appealed.
Ogutu appealed to police officers to expedite investigations to ensure the killers are sent to jail for the family to get justice.
