She recently proposed a Bill that offers a solution to the thorny issue of the two-thirds gender rule that seeks to politically empower women.

Born January 5, 1970, Shollei has also been involved in activities that seek to promote local talent. She recently organized for an art exhibition in Eldoret town, a move that was largely successful and it's just a matter of time before other counties replicate the same.

Girl child education has always been top on her agenda. She at one time hosted her Kirinyanga counterpart Wangui Ngirici during the launch of the programme that seeks to ensure primary and secondary school girls get sanitary towels, so as to ensure they don't miss out of class.

Shollei is a former Chief Registrar of Judiciary. She is a graduate of Cape Town University, Masters of Law.

Apart from working in Judiciary, she as also work in The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) as international waters consultant.

Boss Shollei also worked as Deputy Chief electoral officer at Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC).

She did her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) at Hill school Eldoret.

Serving her first term in a political position, Shollei's work has been incredible.
