Different reasons can make someone quit his or her job.
Regardless of the reason, it is good to leave the workplace gracefully.
Some things can hurt your reputation when said at the workplace, simply because you are terminating that contract with the firm.
Never do these three things when quitting your job:
1. You are underpaid
Most employees remind their former workmates that they are being underpaid when quitting.
A good member of staff will leave without making such comments.
Remarks of this nature could easily leave behind trouble once you have gone.
Even if it is true, keep it to yourself.
It won’t hurt you anymore if you leave.
2. This company is in a mess
It is none of your business if the firm is in a mess.
It is the duty of the management to look at the performance of the firm to see whether it is doing well or not.
Such statements should only be said when you are not planning to leave the place if you have good intentions.
3. Your boss is terrible
It doesn’t make sense to talk ill of your old boss.
It is no longer any of your business to remind the boss that he or she is not professional.
Remember, you are likely to need him or her in your future endeavours.#myjob
