Miguna, who was deported after he took part in the mock swearing-in of Raila Odinga as the people's president, said Joho is not delivering services to his people but he is instead, into fashion and looking elegant.

Miguna noted that Joho is paid a lot of money to deliver services to Mombasa residents and not to embrace fashion the way 'he was doing' at the Devolution Conference 2019, which is being held in Kirinyanga County.

This started when 'Team Joho' tweeted on the ongoing Devolution Conference 2019 where Joho and Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi's pictures were shared with "Day one of the #DevolutionConference2019. Elegance is an understatement" as the caption.

The tweet angered Miguna making him reignite Joho's academic qualifications saying Joho is 'Mr. D-Minus'.

"Deliver services to your people, Mr. D-Minus. You are not paid lots of money to look "elegant." tweeted Miguna Miguna.

Miguna's tweet has elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans with some saying the lawyer is becoming petty and irrelevant to the political arena.
