An angry woman stripped naked her husband before members of the public after her Sh500 went missing.
This happened on Monday evening at Nyansabakwa area in Nyamira County.
Lucy Kemunto, a tomato vendor abused, insulted and stripped naked her husband, Kelvin Ombati before members of the public accusing him for stealing her Sh500.
"You are not a man who a woman can depend on. All you know is stealing my money to use in luring other women to sleep with you," Kemunto said.
She alleged that Ombati accessed her handbag and stole Sh500 she was to buy fertilizer for planting.
"I have never seen an irresponsible man like Ombati who never cares about his family. He steals my underwear and takes to his women," she noted.
Area assistant chief, Micheal Kimasu confirmed the incident and said were it not for the members of the public Ombati could have received a thorough beating from his wife.
"Members of the public intervened and rescued Ombati from the jaws of death because Kemunto was armed with a panga ready to attack him," he said.
Mr. Kimasu said upon questioning Ombati he admitted to have stolen the money from his wife.
