The granny told journalists that the land in question was bought by her late husband through a bank that later collapsed.She called on the government to step in and resolve the issue.Sammy Ndung’u Kiragu and Peter Kiragu said they had agreed to pay any debt touching on the piece of land.

“We have documents showing that our dad used to pay the bank and the remaining debt of Sh200, 000 we had agreed to pay before the Bank collapsed,” they said.
