Senator Okong’o O'mogeni has picked war with Tourism Cs Najib Balala over his go to hell remark he made recently while addressing the press.
The senator claimed that Balala should resign since he disrespected Kenyans by making such remarks.
“I am worried that a man who has been given an opportunity to serve Kenyans can end up abusing the same people who are the reason he is in office.
"Balala should resign since he disrespected Kenyans who were demanding answers as to why over 10 rhinos died,” he said.
Okong’o said Balala should not think he is the only Kenyan who is learned in the country to serve at the Tourism docket.
“We have people who are learned more than Balala. He should stop using fake English to show people that he is emotional.
"It is time President Uhuru Kenyatta should send him packing if he will not resign voluntarily,” he noted.
Okong’o asked Nyamira residents to invest in their children through education to a better future generation.
Okong’o dismissed claims that he has abandoned his duties saying the ongoing health workers’ strike has left him in pain but, promised to ensure Governor John Nyagarama’s administration takes action for the workers to resume work.
He was speaking on Thursday at Gesiaga area in Bosamaro ward, Nyamira County.
