SportPesa CEO Ronald Karauri is known in by many owing to the growth of the betting firm's fortunes, expanding and growing in leaps and bounds in the last couple of years.
The young CEO, who was once a Kenya Airways pilot, has become an astute businessman, known for his flamboyant lifestyle and public appearance.
During an interview with a local daily, the 40-year-old Karauri revealed that he never places bets, but he plays poker in casinos once every month.
Karauri is remembered by many from his 40th birthday, where he spent a lot to entertain his friends and family.
He was pictured smoking a cigar that was said to cost Sh13,000, much to the amusement of many Kenyans.
He has also been pictured before with flashy personal jets, which are said to cost millions of shillings.
Whichever way you look at it, Karauri is a rich CEO, who also happens to own a 6% stake in one of the region's biggest company.
