Kenya’s second largest medical insurance firm, AAR, has opened a new branch in Eldoret town, Uasin Gishu County 

Caroline Munene, AAR Insurance Kenya Managing Director, said the office will ease access to its customers in the North Rift.

"The move is aimed at tapping into more customers in the  region as well as improving service delivery to our  existing customers," she said after officially opening the company's branch in Eldoret town, Thursday.

“Our new branch is more spacious and offers ample parking. We believe it will increase efficiency, boost business volumes and improve ease of access for our customers,” she added. 

She reiterated the company's commitment to service delivery.

“Quality customer service is a key pillar in AAR Insurance Kenya’s overall business strategy. We continually strive to give our over 120,000 customers across the country a memorable customer experience," noted Munene.

The branch opening comes at a time when the insurer is digitizing its solutions for greater efficiency and improved customer service.

"We hand a Sh100 million state offset web-based IT system which has led the country to record significant  improvement in the time it takes to process claims.
