Labour Party of Kenya (LPK) leader Ababu Namwamba has blamed the Cord coalition and Jubilee Party for the challenges facing the country.
The Bundalang'i lawmaker who was speaking on Tuesday said that the rampant corruption in the country was a creating of the leadership exhibited by the two coalitions.
“The country is now plagued with a lot of problems. For example, corruption is thriving because the kind of leaders we have lack proper skills, integrity and transparency to handle such issues," said Ababu.
The former ODM secretary general stated that his LPK outfit will tackle such challenges with the seriousness it requires.
He was speaking in Bumula when during the opening of the LPK branch offices.
Ababu further accused Cord of failing to play it oversight role of putting the government on check but only interested in ascending to power so as to misappropriate public funds.
