Labour Party of Kenya leader Ababu Namwamba has hinted at running for president in 2017.
Speaking at the Eldorate 64 stadium on Friday, the Budalang’I MP said they are yet to choose their presidential candidate, promising that they would do so before the end of the year.
“We will soon make a decision on whether to field our own candidate or support another. But if you look at me, am I not capable like the other leaders who have declared their interest," he said as quoted by Daily Nation
“We (Labour Party) can decide to sponsor our own candidate."
