Former Budalang'i Mp Ababu Namwamba has accused the National Super Alliance (NASA) of orchestrating crises for their own political gain.
According to Ababu, NASA is responsible for the violence witnessed during demonstrations and he believes the violence is a means for NASA to raise stakes for dialogue between them and Jubilee.
In his view, losing a political contest is not a crisis as political contests are always divisive in nature.
"What NASA is engaging in is for them to raise the stakes for dialogue. Losing an election is not a crisis and divisions in politics does not necessarily mean there is a crisis," remarked Ababu.
Ababu further called on NASA coalition to drop its hard-line stand and recognize President Uhuru Kenyatta as the president of the country.
He also disagreed with Raila Odinga on his swearing-in claims made on Tuesday.
"NASA should drop their hard-line stand and recognize President Uhuru Kenyatta as the duly elected president. Raila Odinga's remarks about him being sworn is reckless and may reduce his stature that he has taken long to build," added Ababu.
Ababu made the remarks on Citizen TV's Cheche show on Wednesday.
