Former ODM Secretary General Ababu Namwamba has warned Raila Odinga to be careful of his close associates in Cord because they are out to destroy him.
Ababu was speaking in Kakamega county on Monday, where he told the Cord leader to be wary of his friends who only care about their political survival.
“You have too many leeches, loafers and ticks sucking the political life out of you daily. They are only interested in their own political survival. Your presidential dream is only a side agenda to them,” Namwamba stated.
"And they have no spine to tell you that you are naked or to point out when you are headed to the ditch,” Namwamba was quoted by the Nation.
Ababu insisted that Jubilee was not Raila's enemy but the people in his party.
"Indeed, if you still imagine Jubilee is your worst enemy, think again. Just take a look around you and you will see your real mortal enemies,” he continued.
