The unsuccessful Alliance for Real Change presidential candidate in the 2013 election has sworn to try and make his dream a reality in the next general election.

The teacher, who spoke on Citizen TV on Sunday said he has not lost hope and is warming up to give a second shot at the presidency and he is convinced that he will clinch it this time.

However, political expert Kimani Njogu says that despite the teacher's portraying his administrative abilities as a school teacher, he will not be able to clinch the position.

When asked about his opinion regarding president Uhuru's leadership, he said that Uhuru has failed especially on corruption and he would have done better.

''In theft of national resources, Uhuru's government has taken a gold medal,'' he said.

He came into the spotlight when he said in the presidential debate that a person should not fill his stomach with food alone but instead fragment it into three spaces for food, water and air.

Dida also revealed his plans of dropping his running mate for the last election Joshua Odongo and bringing aboard a lady who will help him deal with women and children's issues once in power.

He was sixth in the presidential race garnering 52,848 votes and defeating James ole Kiyiapi and Martha Karua.
