The Alliance for Real Change (ARC) presidential candidate Mohamed Abduba Dida has call on IEBC to disqualify both Jubilee Party presidential candidate Uhuru Kenyatta and his NASA rival Raila Odinga.
According to Dida the two could have attempted to acess IEBC servers only for one to find the other already 'stealing'.
He said neither Nasa nor Jubilee are qualified to lead the country, and so, should be disqualified and the other six presidential candidates be allowed to continue with race.
"The problem between Jubilee and Nasa is that they both fear whoever will outsmart the other in stealing votes. IEBC should disqualify them because they are not fit to lead this country," he said.
Dida who is a second time presdential candidate, declined to concede defeat, saying the election exercise was not done in a transparent manner.
He asked IEBC not to rrush to declare the presidential results, if the issues raised by Nasa, about hacking of the system, and failure to avail forms 34A and 34B on time, are not addressed.
"If you rush to announce this thing there is tension. There are six million people who want to understand. Nasa is not comfortable with results and I don't blame them. What Raila is saying is they want to see meaning behind the current results. Forms 34A and 34B delayed to come after Nasa demanded be made available, and it is now hard to trust them," he added.
Dida addressed the press at the Bomas of Kenya, IEBC national tallying centre, Friday afternoon.
