2013 presidential candidate Abduba Dida is back again.
Dida has said he will give the presidency a second shot come August 8.
He has said he will vie under Tunza Coalition, which was formed by Alliance of Real Change party and Roots Party of Kenya.
Speaking on Sunday, Dida said he will beat President Uhuru Kenyatta in the polls.
He managed 52,848 votes in 2013 elections, while Uhuru attained 6.3 million votes.
Dida said his first task will be to award salaries cognisant to the level of education of civil servants, if he becomes President.
"You cannot have a police officer with a PhD earning peanuts while a President with only one degree earns a ridiculous salary," he said when he officially launched his presidential bid.
Dida now joins Uhuru, Nyamira Senator Okongo Mong’are, lawyer Philip Murgor, Opposition leaders Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula, Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka in the race for the presidency.
He has said he is the only serious candidate to save the country from the run away corruption.
