It should not be in a hurry to make a judgment. The Kenyan people should not accept the culture of the west as the myths surrounding FGM have already been busted by the World Health Organisation,'' he said yesterday.Dida's position stands in stark contrast to that of Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu's position. Governor Ngilu has vowed to fight the attempts at removing the legal ban tooth and nail.
