Nakuru County Governor Lee Kinyanjui has asked the opposition to respect the outcome of the repeat presidential polls.
Speaking at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church on Sunday, Kinyanjui said the results reflects the will of Kenyan people and NASA should accept and move on.
The Jubilee governor questioned why NASA was so concerned with the election outcome, yet they boycotted it.
"Why should NASA be so concerned with the outcome of the poll and their presidential candidate withdrew from the race. The outcome shows that Kenyans are for Jubilee not the opposition", he said.
He urged Kenyans to embrace peace and resist incitement by politicians.
"I urge Kenyans to shun politicians who may incite them to cause chaos. The country is bigger than an individual", he added.
