Bomachoge Borabu Member of Parliament, Prof. Zedekiah Ogutu, has urged NASA leader Raila Odinga to accept the outcome of the repeat presidential elections and retire from active politics.

The new MP accused Raila of sabotaging the whole country with an aim of fulfilling personal desire instead of putting the country’s agenda first.

Speaking during a Thanksgiving event at his home on Sunday, the independent elected legislator claimed that Raila lost fairly in the August 26 polls and above all withdrew from the repeat presidential elections, therefore, he has no right to have a say in the ongoing tallying process by IEBC and it is high time he gives himself a break from politics.

'I personally supported Raila Odinga in the past but for now, I have no option but to tell him to quit active politics and let president Uhuru Kenyatta take the country forward," said Ogutu

The MP, however, called upon the locals to keep peace amongst them despite the fact that they all had their preferred presidential candidate.

The MP recently joined Jubilee after being elected on an independent ticket.
