Mombasa County residents have been warned against exploding fireworks with prior clearance from the authorities.Speaking in Mombasa, the County Commissioner Evans Achoki said that a number of Hotels had been cleared to explode fireworks.''Those seeking to explode fireworks to usher in the New Year should make a point of getting clearance from the authorities. We have cleared some hotels to do that. Action will be taken against those who will defy these guidelines.
