Noor said the pillars of the Okoa Kenya campaign are geared towards dividing Kenyans along tribal and regional lines.

The former Nakuru TNA chairman also wants Cord principals to desist from the course which he termed as hollow and unite Kenyans on common social economic development fronts.

"The Jubilee administration together with the county governments have made significant strides in infrastructural development within a short period in their stint for the benefit of all Kenyans", he observed.

"Cord should not play politics with livelihoods of Kenyans. They should exercise responsibility and account on pertinent issues instead of inciting Kenyans against each other and against elected leaders within the Jubilee coalition." he said on Friday.

The activist called on Kenyans to remain united and ignore the untimely course steered by the opposition and work with elected leaders in developing causes that will help in wealth and job creation.

He used the occasion to call on the civil society, business community and professionals practicing in the county to heed widespread calls from residents to form a joint caucus that will reach out to other stakeholders to collect multi-sectoral grievances and present them to Governor Kinuthia Mbugua.

He said this referring to last week`s spectacle where the governor was heckled by a section of residents in the presence of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto's during their tour of the region.

The hecklers accused the governor`s office of being immune to constructive criticism from residents.

He also charged that MCAs had wavered on their oversight role on the executive saying they had allowed gross misappropriation of public funds by rogue top officials in the county government at the expense of poor citizens.
