The National Land Commission chairman Mohamed Swazuri has been accused by Nakuru activists of not playing his role and now want him to resign.
The angry activists who protested after bringing down a wall that was erected by a private developer who had allegedly grabbed 10 acres of Naka Primary School now wants the NLC chairman to resign.
According to Naka Residents Association chair Joshua Waweru, they submitted an official complaint of tittle to the NLC, and after a review, the commission revoked the tittle of Ense Limited where it was declared that the land in question was for public utility.
In November 2015, the tittle of the land in question was revoked from Ense Limited and the court ruled that it belonged to the school something which Naka Residents Association claim the NLC gave a tittle to the developer later.
The residents now want Swazuri to come clean on the matter.
