It has now emerged that AFC Leopards sold tickets worth KSh485,000 in their Premier match against Nzoia Sugar FC at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on Saturday.

154 VIP seat tickets were sold at KSh500 each for a total of KSh77,000. 1,360 terrace tickets were also sold at KSh300 each for a total of KSh408,000.

After taking out all the expenses, totaling KSh252,500, the club banked KSh232,500.

During the match Leopards won by 2-1.

Elvis Rupia opened the scoring for  Nzoia, but Fiamenyo and Allan Kataregga scored in the second half for the win.
