It has been three years since Airtel, the Mobile company started its mentorship program to put up a platform where employees can share personal experiences with kids coming from less fortunate families and backgrounds.
It was meant to inspire them and motivate them.
Such interactions are expected to help the kids strive for success even in the midst of their challenges.
Employees of the company, as well as management, realize the importance of giving back to the society and therefore take time off to engage with kids in the slums and mentor them.
Such mentorship programs have been known to live a postive impact hoping to leave a major positive impact not only to them but everyone within that environment.
