Mombasa-based singer Akothee is back on her feet.
Her manager Nelson has said doctors resorted to take her to the theater after realising they cannot feel the second child's heartbeat.
Unfortunately, the mother of five lost the twins but she is now in stable condition.
Her manager sent a message to her fans, who have been very supportive since she entered the field of entertainment.
"My smiling machine #madamboss is back on her feet, she is stable now. We are really grateful to you for being with us in this trying moments. Thanks for your prayers too and to God be the glory. For those who wanted to visit, please keep calm, we will let you know when it's convenient. She asked me to send kisses to all of you. She loves you all, be blessed," read Nelson's message.
Kenyans sent Akothee messages of love after learning about the Tuesday incident, where she collapsed at a train station in Geneva, Switzerland.
