Yuko Moyoni hit-maker Esther Akothee has distanced herself from allegations that she is dating her manager, Nelson Oyugi.
In an exclusive interview with Mpasho, Akothee denied having an affair with Nelly Oaks, as he is popularly known in the entertaining industry.
Akothee said that Nelly is like a guardian angel to her, adding she has not been dating him as many Kenyans on social media speculate.
Gossip about the affair broke out after Nelly started sending her sweet messages on social media platforms.
When asked whether she is likely to consider the idea of dating Nelly in the near future Akothee smiled and said: “He’s a handsome guy who has all the qualities a man should have,” as the quoted by the daily.
The talented singer has been hitting headlines in the past because of her flashy lifestyle, wealth and family related issues. Hate her or love her, Akothee will always speak her mind.
