ODM chairman, Goerge Aladwa, has said that he is planning on series of strategy meetings in a bid to ensure Raila is elected as president and Kidero re-elected as the city governor.
Speaking at the in Serena Hotel on Sunday 17th April, Aladwa hinted that he will initiate vigorous awareness campaigns within the city to enable the duo win the 2017 elections. He said the meetings will be conducted with all Nairobi branch officials who will seek to find and put in place the best policies ever that will counter the efforts of the rivals come the general elections.
Aladwa revealed that his meeting targets Kidero winning with a massive record of fifteen parliamentary seats out of the possible seventeen, and at least sixty wards out of the total eighty-five. He added that the seventeen delegates will move out to the constituencies before the onset of party primaries in preparation of 2017.
ODM is also planning to snatch the position of women representative from TNA, a position that is currently held by Jubilee's Rachel Shebesh after ditching the opposition.
