Blogger Robert Alai has castigated NASA leaders for allegedly doing nothing amid the deportation of outspoken opposition man Miguna Miguna.
Alai said that despite Miguna landing himself in trouble while defending the opposition, no leader from the same opposition had stood up to speak against his deportation.
He said that it was worrying to see all leaders quiet, including Miguna's home MP.
"NASA MPs doesn't see the need for seriousness or urgency to address the revocation of Miguna's citizenship? Even Miguna's home MP is loudly quiet? NASA supporters, do you have representatives or what?" Alai said via his social media.
In his part, he took issues with the government for deporting the lawyer and said it was uncalled for.
"We can disagree politically but we shouldn’t make people stateless because we disagree with them.Miguna is Kenyan by birth. You can’t take that away. His placenta is buried here.CANADA can revoke his citizenship but not Kenya. What if they do it now? He becomes stateless?" he said in another post.
