Controversial blogger Robert Alai has lashed out at Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho terming him "as the most dishonest politician any person can depend on."
In his Facebook post on Thursday, Alai alleged that Joho was pretending to be in a feud with President Uhuru Kenyatta while he parties with Jomo, Uhuru's son almost every month in Mombasa clubs.
"Joho lies to you that he is against Uhuru etc but he hangs out with Uhuru's son, Jomo, smking Shisha with him in Mombasa nightclub every month," he posted.
Alai further claimed that Joho's brother, Abu, was not happy about his behavior believing that it was 'killing' the family business.
"The most dishonest person you can depend on as a politician is Joho. Don't even trust him. Even his brother, Abu, who unofficially runs Mombasa County is not happy because 'Joho anashindana na serikali na kuua biashara ya familia'," added Alai.
The blogger further calimed that Joho sacked all non-Mombasa residents once he assumed office as governor.
According to Alai, Joho is pro-Raila in a bid to get the votes of Cord supporters from upcountry residing in Mombasa so as to get re-elected.
"Nobody should even think of trusting Joho. Not even a team player. He is also the one who sacked the largest number of 'watu wa bara' when he became Mombasa governor. By being so pro-Raila, he hopes that his dalliance with Raila will make 'watu wa bara' (who are mostly Cord supporters) support his re-election," added Alai.
