After spending a night behind bars and being released on Saturday, blogger Robert Alai is today expected to avail himself at the DCI offices.

Alai had been arrested on allegations of incitement to violence using his social media accounts. 

He has however denied the claims in his statement recorded in the occurrence books.

The blogger claimed that his arrest was related to a photo he posted of death of a member of the First Family at a hospital.

According to the Star, Alai has been summoned to report the head of Special Crimes Prevention Unit Noah Katumo this morning and is yet to be informed of the crime he committed.
