Immediate former Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter says he only depends on people and God to win back his seat.
The outspoken legislator, further says he will make a decision on the party he will use to contest in by elections.
"I don't need anyone to win the elections other than my people and God," he said on Wednesday while addressing tea farmers from his backyard.
He further said: " I am still doing consultations and when I make decisions on the party, I'll let people know."
The second term MP had his victory nullified by High Court, which also implicated him of voter bribery, a serious election offense.
Viewed as a rebel MP within Jubilee, Keter had publicly stated that DP William Ruto and top Jubilee stalwarts are keen to kick him out of the party.
Although he had room to appeal the ruling, Keter is one of few petition losers who has vowed to go back to ballot.
