The bongo music icon and recently wedded star Ali Kiba has found himself in the corridors of justice for allegedly neglecting his child and baby mama Hadija.
The lady filed a case at the Kisutu Resident Magistrates’ Court in Dar es Salaam. She wants the court to compel Ali Kiba to pay a sum total of Tshs1.4 Million as the unpaid dues for child support of their child. With the current currency exchange rate, that translates to about Ksh. 61,500 only.
Medical reports at the hospital and in court confirms that their daughter was born in January 2013 at the Mikocheni hospital in Dar es Salaam with ali kiba registered as the father.
Part of the statement at the court read, " “Kutokana na sheria ya watoto ya mwaka 2009, mdaiwa anatakiwa kutoa huduma kila mwezi. Chakula laki 150,000/=, matunda 50,000/=, chakula cha ziada 50,000/=, michezo na burudani kwa watoto 100,000/=, nguo tsh 60,000/= na matibabu tsh 50,000/= ambapo jumla ni Tsh 460,000/=".
Hadija is one of the four baby mamas who have been lucky to sire a child with the sensational bongo music superstar. Ali Kiba had four known children from different mothers at the time of his marriage to his Gorgeous long time Sweetheart from the Coastal City of Mombasa, Kenya.
