ODM party leader Raila Odinga has said all loopholes used for rigging during elections have been sealed.
He thus said therefore, the opposition is ready for the 2017 polls.
Raila who spoke along Mama Ngina Drive in Mombasa on Friday said the 2017 general elections were well taken care of and anyone intending to bank on rigging to win the poll was only day dreaming.
"By law, we have sealed all loopholes they have been using to steal our votes," he said.
"We are now ready to take on them next year."
He spoke as the Jubilee coalition finalized plans to launch the Jubilee Party which President Uhuru Kenyatta will ride on for defending his seat in 2017.
Raila during the 2013 elections claimed he won the presidential election but lost after his votes were 'stolen'.
He moved to the Supreme Court to challenge the presidential results as declared by the IEBC.
The court however, threw out the petition upholding Uhuru's win. He equally made the claims during the troubled 2007 polls.
He spoke while in company of Governor Hassan Joho, MPs Abdulswamad Nassir (Mvita), Rashid Bedzimba (Kisauni), Omar Mwinyi (Changamwe), Mishi Mboko (Mombasa Women Rep) and Aisha Jumwa (Kilifi Women Rep).
Others present included Willy Mtengo (Malindi), Junet Mohamed (Suna East), James Nyikal (Seme), Irshad Sumra (Embakasi South), Mombasa deputy Governor Hazel Katana and Kwale senator Juma Boy.
On Saturday, Raila will lead celebrations to mark ten years of ODM's existence and over 100 MPs are expected to attend the event at Mama Ngina Grounds.
