All eyes will be on the land's apex court as it formally starts the hearing of the repeat presidential election.
Three petitioner's are challenging the election of Uhuru Kenyatta as announced by the IEBC after the poll.
On Tuesday, the court gave directions on the way forward for the petitioners and the respondents.
Chief Justice David Maraga said the six judge bench will sit at 10 am to start the hearing.
"Let us meet tomorrow at 10 am to start the hearing," the CJ said as they ended Tuesday's pre-trial conference.
